Vicki Shannon Wilson was born October 26, 1965, in Beaumont, Texas and passed away peacefully in her home on September 13, 2025, in Huntsville, Texas. Vicki was a loving mother and wife and is survived by her three sons, Matthew Beckworth, Ryan Wilson, and Spencer Wilson, as well as her husband, Edward Wilson. Vicki was the oldest of 3 children born to Irvin and Pat Jones, and sister to James Jones & Dena Sowden.
Vicki was a shy but kind soul. Although faced with the hardship of becoming a mother at an early age, she never let adversity stand in her way of being the best version of herself. In 1989 she met and married the love of her life, Edward Wilson. One year later they had their first child together, Ryan Wilson. Two years after that, Vicki had her third child, Spencer Wilson.
Vicki was a hardworking homemaker and loved taking care of her 3 children and husband. Vicki's life was dedicated to taking care of others. She had a deep-rooted faith in God and was never ashamed to share her faith with others. Vicki never met a stranger and truly loved to love others. She also loved plants, animals and never met a stray dog she wouldn't try to take home. But to Vicki, family was everything. Being a mother, wife, sister and daughter were titles in which she took great pride, and she lived every day in service of others, and that's what made her heart happy. We love and miss her every day, and she will never be forgotten. Vicki set a standard of love, kindness, gentleness and a love for our Savior, Jesus Christ, that we should all strive to achieve.
