Oh how we miss Victor. .we speak and reminisce about him often. We enjoyed our times together at the auction with .victor and Nancy and so looked forward to seeing them. He will always be remembered and miss. We love you Nancy.

Victor's Obituary

GRAY: Victor Herman Clay, Sr., 72, of Davis Road, died Monday, March 20, 2017, at his residence. The family will greet friends from 6:00pm-8:00pm, Wednesday, at Bridges Funeral Home in Gray. Services will be held 1:00pm, Thursday, March 23, 2017, at Bradley Baptist Church with Rev. Steve Johnson officiating. Interment will follow at Cedar Ridge Cemetery in Gray.Mr. Clay was born April 24, 1944, in Macon and had lived most of his life in Gray. He was the son of the late Jennings Clay and Essie Mae Adams Clay. Mr. Clay honorably served his country with the United States Air Force and was a hard working man who called work "fun." He was retired from Brown and Williamson Tobacco Corporation and was a member of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, Local, #1316. Mr. Clay was preceded in death by a brother: Carl Clay.Mr. Clay is survived by his wife: Nancy Foster Clay; children and spouses: Michael and Kerry Clay, Lisa and Darrell Duggan and Vic and Chrissy Clay; grandchildren: Kaley Clay, Kyle Clay, Darrell-Lee Duggan, Clay Duggan, Chandler Clay, Taylor Clay and Laney Horton and by his siblings: Faye Stern, Alfred Clay, Ira Clay and Vallie Miller.In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to Bradley Baptist Church, 821 Highway 11, North, Gray, Georgia 31032.The family may be contacted at the residence at 413 Davis Road in Gray.Bridges Funeral Home and Crematory in Gray has charge of arrangements.
