One of my favorite cousins. I love the picture of Vic. In my eyes he always had that half smile half smirk look. Thanks for the opportunity to remember a great guy.

Victor's Obituaries

Victor E. Zazzali 97 of Scotch Plains died peacefully surrounded by family on Wednesday April 1, 2015 at Overlook Hospital in Summit. Funeral will be 9am, Tuesday April 7, 2015, from the Rossi Funeral Home 1937 Westfield Avenue Scotch Plains, Funeral Mass 9:30 am St. Bartholomew the Apostle Church, Scotch Plains. Entombment St. Gertrude Cemetery, Colonia. Visitation will be Monday April 6, 2015 2-4 & 7-9pm at the Funeral Home. Born in Newark, NJ Victor settled to Scotch Plains in 1955. Victor was a veteran who served his country with the United States Navy during WWII.He worked as an Electrician for 35 years with the IBEW Local 52 of Newark, NJ, retiring in 1981, and was a member of the IBEW Local 52 for 65 Years. He was a member of the American Legion Post 209 of Scotch Plains, an Avid bowler and Horse Track Enthusiast. Victor was fiercely loyal to his family and was an avid sports fan of his children and grandchildren and their friends. Victor is predeceased by his Beloved wife Blanche T (09). He is survived by his Loving Sons Victor P.( Joyce) and Edward F. (Ida) and his caring and cherished grandchildren John, Edward J., Allison and Christian.
