I am grateful to have known Vicki as my sister-in-law. She was warm, caring, and thoughtful, with a joyful spirit and a laugh that brought happiness to those around her. I will truly miss that about her. She will always be remembered with love. Eternal rest grant unto her, O Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon her. Rest in peace, Vicki.
