Mr. Sehstedt and I, Carole Sehstedt Jozwik were married between 1972 and 1991 and even though time and distance has separated us, my heart goes out to all of our children:David, Melissa, Matthew,Ryan, and Bethany and all 10 of our grandchildren Oscar, Leo, Oliver, Julian, Ethan, Alexander, Hero, Greta, Ruby, and Milo.

Vincent's Obituary
Vincent W. Sehstedt, 76, of Ottawa, and formerly of Bolingbrook, died October 12, in Ottawa. Vincent was a lifelong resident of IL. He was a long-time Jehovah's Witness actively involved in congregation activities for many years. He worked hard to provide for his children that he cherished so much. He touched the lives of many and will be missed by all who knew him. Survivors include his children, David (Myrna) of Woodstock, Melissa (Helio) Ruvalcaba of Ottawa, Matthew (Kelly) of Palmer, AK, Ryan (Angela) of Athens, GA, and Bethany (Jon) Essig of Chicago; his sister Deborah Trevino of Bolingbrook; and ten grandchildren: Oscar, Oliver, Leo, Julian, Ethan, Alexander, Greta, Hero, Ruby and Milo. Visitation will be from 4 p.m. - 7 p.m. on Wednesday, October 15, at Toon Funeral Home in Downers Grove. Funeral service will be Thursday, October 16, at 10 a.m. at Toon Funeral Home, Downers Grove. Burial follows.
