I have known Virgil since the mid seventies. I worked with Virgil for over 10 years at CNSY and he was a very proficient Civil Engineer You could not ask for a better friend. He was one of the nicest people I have ever known. We will miss our ole buddy. The Zeigler family would like to offer our sincere condolences for your loss Rest in peace.

Becoming friends with Virgil has provided me insurmountable caring and led me to have a greater faith in God. His memory is a blessing

Sorry for your loss Barbara, I know what you are going through. Sorry I will not be able to attend the service as I had a previously scheduled appointment. Will be keeping you all in my prayers. God Bless!!!!!

When I think of Virgil, I remember our days in the Charleston County Clemson Club, sheephead fishing in the Folly, bottle digging and his pride when Barbara-and-his boys were born. Virgil was a positive influence on all around him. I will miss him.
