Still, we can’t believe my lovely Grandma was taken away from us . We will miss our Grandmother, but her spirit and strength, lives on in each of us and in the lives that she touched. She lives on in me and in all those who have been touched by the love, strength, conviction, wisdom, and beauty of her soul.

Lola it's been so long that we didn't saw you personally . We miss you back here in the philippines , It's been so long since you visited here . As far as I can remember and what my parents told me, you've been such an inspiration to them and I can't imagine what you've been through to be in that situation to have a comfortable life and to be able to help your family , your courage to help your family is superb , you are such a beautiful person inside and out . As you make way in heaven...

You will always be the coolest grandma we ever had. You brought joy and happiness to everyone around you. I will always treasure our memories everytime you visit us here in the Philippines. Virginia's Obituary

Virginia Cayubit Cassle, age 71, passed away Sunday, June 13, 2021. She was preceded in death by her parents, Cisario and Eufricina Verona Cayubit; brothers, Querino Cayubit, Felipe Cayubit; and aunt, Asiang Cayubit.

She is survived by her husband, Keith Cassle; children, Elizabeth Nelson and her husband Sidney, Shaun Cassle and his wife Lynn Marges; grandchildren, JR Nelson, Tiopi Nelson, Phoebe Nelson, Lily Nelson, Cali Nelson, Kingsley Nelson, Catherine Marges-Cassle; sister, Lourdes Cayubit; nieces, Beverly Cayubit, Katherine Pacheco; and many other family and friends.

Virginia was a headstrong, strong and feisty woman. She loved parties, singing karaoke, spending time in her garden, and cooking. Her smile and laughter lit up the room. She loved her family and was loved by all who knew her.

Visitation with the family will be Saturday, June 19, 2021 from 2:00-4:00 PM at Woodfin Memorial Chapel with funeral service following at 4:00 PM. Burial will be at Middle Tennessee State Veterans Cemetery on Tuesday, June 22, 2021 at 10:00 AM.
