Virginia Hall, 64, of Slatington, passed away peacefully on Friday, August 22, 2025, at St. Luke’s Hospice, Bethlehem. Born November 29, 1960, in Limestone, ME, she was the daughter of the late Rollo and Elizabeth (Homewood) Gower. Virginia was the owner of Village Flowers in Palmerton until 2009. She earned a master’s degree in social work, which became her new passion and career. Virigina worked as a therapist at ReDCo Group, Lehighton, and a case manager at St. Luke’s, Lehighton.
Survivors: daughters, Alyson Kucharik and husband, Jason, Eliza Hall and fiancé, Ty Weist, Carly Handler and husband, John, and Heather Irick; grandchildren, Andrew, Vanessa, Megan, Paul and Pearl; brothers, Ed Gower and Dave Gower and his wife, Jennifer; and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a brother, Tom Gower.
Services: A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, August 31st at 1:00 p.m. in the Reichel Funeral Home, 326 E. 21st St., Northampton. Family and friends may gather on Sunday from 12:00 noon to 1:00 p.m. in the funeral home. Interment will be private.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be presented to St. Luke’s Hospice, 2455 Black River Rd., Bethlehem, PA 18015, in Virginia’s memory. Online condolences may be offered below.
