Virginia was the sister of a dear friend of mine at Lanphier H.S. In the 1960s, Dianne Hayes Blanco. I have such fond memories of times spent with our circle of LHS friends, Dianne! I also remember many visits to their home, and both Virginia and their sweet mother always had a welcoming smile, engaged us in conversations, and were interested in what was going on in our young lives.
