Dear Pizzarella Family,

Our deepest sympathy to all of you in the Loss of Your Beloved Mother Ginger and of couse your Dad Paul. They were a great couple who loved each other so much and their family and love for God. Deb...so sorry for the loss of your sister Ginger and the family she left behind. I remember us babysitting for her three beautiful children. Please know that I think of you often and still look back on the friendship we once had.

Virginia M's Obituary

Virginia M. (Keddy) Pizzarella,70, of Shrewsbury died peacefully Monday August 17, 2015 at home with her loving family by her side. Her husband Deacon Paul F. Pizzarella died on November 29, 2014. Virginia was born in Worcester on December 14, 1944. She graduated from Commerce High School and Worcester State College. She leaves her three children, Michael Porcaro of Shrewsbury and his wife Tracey, Kim Johnson of Worcester and her husband George, Joy Cournoyer, of Worcester, and her step son Anthony Pizzarella. Four grandchildren, three great grandchildren, nephews and nieces.Virginia also leaves her six sisters and two brothers; Cecelia Novelle of Shrewsbury, James Keddy and his wife Suzanne of Worcester, Janice Welcome and her husband Robert of Lee, Marcia Hansbury of Worcester, Priscilla Ekberg and her husband David of Webster, Kathleen Robbins of KY. John Keddy of Worcester, and Debora Pascarelli and her husband John of Worcester. Virginia leaves many close friends among them, her dearest friend Joyce Connole and her husband Dennis with whom she and Paul travelled on many trips together. She was predeceased by a brother Laurence Keddy, and her parents James W. Sr. and Edith (McAtee) Keddy.Virginia was a member of St. Johns Church. She was most happy when she was surrounded by her close family and many friends. She will be sadly missed. The family would like to extend a special thank you to the VNA for their kindness and compassionate care shown to Virginia and her family.A Mass of Christian burial will be held Friday August 21, for Virginia at 11:00AM in the Church of St. John 40 Temple St. A visitation in the funeral home with the family will be held from 9AM to 10:30AM prior to leaving for Mass. Interment with her husband will be in St. Johns Cemetery. In Lieu of Flowers contributions may be made to St. Johns Church 40 Temple St. Worcester MA. 01604.
