Not sure what to say?

Susie, I understand the heartache, emptiness and sadness you are feeling. Praying for you, my friend.

First of all, my condolences to Susie and their entire family. My heart goes out to you all.

Walter was a quiet man and a gentleman, something I respected. He was an amazing man and friend with a mind and talent like no other. Many of the skills I have were learned from Walter.

In boat building, there are no straight lines. Walter could measure and scribe and make only ONE cut, and that piece of wood fit like a glove!! I've seen him, side by side, working with...

Walter was blessed with a great mind, and the ability to build anything... Even things others can only dream about. I am privileged to have known Walter. Blessings, comfort and peace to his entire family.

I remember Walter in the 70's as the most amazing boat carpenter at the Masonboro Boatyard. I was re-working my boss's boat at the time and got to know Susie & Walter then. I admired his laid- back style of talking and the super professional carpentry work that he accomplished for this task. I'll always remember those days fondly.
Walter & Susie attended my wedding in 1976 but we somehow lost track of each other for some time after. Recently however, we have been meeting them on Sunday...

Our prayers for Ray, my brother in law Steven & my sister Patricia, Conner and other loved ones.

Many memories of an intelligent and resourceful individual. His problem solving acumen was amazing and not too much time passes between thoughts of his whole airplane experience-truly amazing individual. Know that our thoughts are with during this difficult time

I am so sorry for your loss.We will miss Walter. We enjoyed his boating and camping stories while we were in China. He always has something neat to say. Are prayer to you and your family. May Walter RIP.

Our deepest sympathy to Suzie and the entire family. We will forever cherish all the wonderful memories we shared.❤❤❤
