Walter Ray Brock

Walter Ray Brock, age 93 was born on October 19, 1932, in Mt. Herman, LA departed this earthly home on Monday, February 2, 2026. Walter was the loving father of Sharon Richard, Darrel W. Brock, Sr. (Cassandra) and Marva Brock-Martin. Beloved brother of Maydell Brock and Anna Mae Brock. He was also survived by 6 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren, 11 great-great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends. He was preceded in death by his wife Lucille Jamison-Brock; his parents Boyd Brock and Harriet Brock; and 6 siblings. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Celebration of Life Service on Saturday, February 14, 2026, at Pentecost Baptist Church, 1510 Harrison Avenue, New Orleans, LA 70122 at 10:00 a.m. Visitation from 9:00 a.m. until 10:00 a.m. Rev.
