Mr. Waggoner was a very go lucky and happy man. He was always very humorous and pleasant to be around and always had a smile on his face. I never saw him look upset or angry, very kind hearted. I had the chance to be around him on many occasions and loved his presence. He will be missed dearly by his family and friends!
