Not sure what to say?

Wayne was a special person who married my favorite cousin, Bobbie. I will never forget their wedding. I am so sorry for the loss his family has to endure. The blessing is that we will be together again some day.

So sad when I heard the news of Wayne passing, but so blessed I got know him the few short years I did. It doesn't seem right looking at their house now and not seeing Wayne around the house and yard. When I would come over to see my daughter and son in law, I was excited to know I would most of the time see Wayne too. Enjoyed our sit-down talks in lawn chairs over a beer and watching the golfers on the course. My condolences' to the family. I know I'll never meet a person like Wayne again.

He was one of a kind. His Grandson, Brian married my Granddaughter, Madison. It was a gorgeous wedding and the way he took care of his wife that weekend is the way every couple should be. He showed the type of love, strength and courage in a quiet way...but we all could see the love between them. Even though we only shared a weekend celebrating our Grandchildren I will always remember him fondly. My heart goes out to each and every one of his family because he will be missed. I know his wings...

What a wonderful neighbor.
Our deep sympathies to the entire family. God Bless You.

Wayne will certainly be missed! He always showed love, patience, and kindness toward others, whether family members, friends, or strangers. He was always so consistent in that and in doing so clearly demonstrated the Fruit of the Spirit as a testimony to his faith in Christ and presence of the Holy Spirit in his heart.

I always loved seeing your dad at our KU softball games. He and your mom were fixtures in the stands. He always had a sweet smile on his face. I know he will be missed.

Wayne was a wonderful father, grandfather and friend! He was a super cheerleader and we got to see this so many times. Our deepest condolences to his family

So sorry for your loss.

Mr. Brent was the father of Ann, one of my best college friends from KU. I will always remember his infectious smile at dad’s weekends, football games, and all of the various times I visited Ann in St. Louis. He always made me feel welcome. I was never Beth or Elizabeth, I was always Bethy! I know we must have driven him crazy with our constant laugh attacks and talking incisively! He never let on though! He had lots of practice with three girls! As the years went on I continued to see...
