I have known Wayne from childhood. We were next door neighbors. Wayne knew everyone and remembered everyone's name and faces throughout the years. I am sad that I didn't have a chance to touch base with him over these past few years. I will always remember the great times we had together. Our first hunting trip with his dad back home. The sleep overs on the front porches, fighting off mosquitoes, playing football by Lincoln school, snow ball fights, trick and treating, birthday...

Tick came into my life at a very young and impressionable age... I grew up behind the house where he and his mom lived in the late 70s. I was one of the little kids who was always hanging around him, Danny, Brian (Feen), and the Lewis boys, trying to be like one of the guys (anyone who knew him then will know who I mean). They always took the time to include us and let us be a part of whatever they were doing. Good or bad... lol.
I didnt have a father, and Tick was one of the guys...
