Wilbur Ellison Taylor, II, age 86, passed away on Sunday, January 8, 2017. Born to Wilbur and Henrietta Taylor in Mechanicsville, Ohio, Wilbur lived in Virginia for 16 years.
He took great pride grooming race horses in Wilmington, Delaware, and later drove buses for Coach Blizzard Tours. An avid fisherman, Wilbur especially loved fishing for catfish.
Wilbur was predeceased by his grandchildren, Leslie, Chavez, and Juan, and his sister-in-law, Gloria, and he is survived by his daughter, Taanya Amos and husband, Dennis; his sons, Jamar Taylor and wife, LaMisha, Wilbur Taylor, III, and Charles Taylor and wife, Diane; his brothers, Fred Taylor and Jeffery Taylor; and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
