Marinell, Melanie, and Billy, we are so very sorry to hear of Bill’s passing. He was always at the girls’ events at school and always had a smile on his face. I know he was a great dad and a very kind person.

Bill was a dear friend to me and the other members of the VFW. No one could ask for a better friend.
We will always remember his great personality, his effective leadership as Post Commander, and all of his hard work for his brother and sister veterans. Bill will be fondly remembered and sorely missed.

thank you billie for sharing good times on the backpack trails around owl's bend, rocky creek, round spring, blair creek etc down in the god's country around current river... long before they earned the designation of being part of the ozark trail we left our bootprints there... i know that you are hiking truly in god's country now... i will see you there someday i promise... god bless you sir but even more so god bless your most beloved loved ones that bear your passing more acutely than i...

Dad, I am so unbelievably sorry that you’re time with us was cut so short. You deserved so much more than you were given. You have taught me so much about what I want in a man and a father figure for my future children. Your battle with cancer was so heartbreaking to watch, but ultimately has taught me more than anything I’ve ever endured. I love you endlessly, dad. Thank you for everything you have done for me, Billy, and mom.
