Bill and James, Read about your Dad today in the newspaper. I have fond memories of hanging out at your house (back in high school years) and watching TV. Your Dad was one of the funniest guys that I can remember.

William M. Bond Jr. (Bill) died peacefully at age 92 on June 25, 2018 in Fort Lauderdale, FL.He is survived by his children, William III (Donna), James (Julia), Elizabeth Nieme (Dan), Rober (Haley), 2 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren and their families. He is predeceased by his wife of 54 years, Leola, 2002.
Bill proudly served in the Navy from 1943-1946 and is a decorated World War II veteran. Bill was born on July 1, 1925 in Bradford, PA After moving to South Florida in 1949 he sent most of his career in the sports industry. His family & partner of 15 yea, Lilo Shepherd, remembers him as a fun-loving sports enthusiast.His family welcomes you to celebrate his life, in lieu of flowers, you can donate to Vitas Healthcare, who provided hospice care.
