I remember meeting him and just how friendly he was. I got to make ham and beans for him and he was so grateful for it. I know how hard it is to lose your daddy and I’m praying for you.

William's Obituary

Bragg, William  Leo Jr., passed away on the 17th day of September 2025 at the age of 73.He was born to Dorothy Stavron and William Bragg Sr. on the 23rd of October 1951.

He was preceded in death by his parents and great-grandson Colt Cromer.

Survived by his daughter Donell (Jake) Mollard; grandchildren Elise (Cody) Baehmann, Ava (Calvin) Cromer and Ethan Mollard; great-grandchildren Cade Cromer, Wren Baehmann, Clara Cromer, Phoebe Baehmann; siblings Kathleen Peyton, Daniel Bragg and Debra Hutsel.  

Bill was employed by DMAC and worked in photography.  He serviced in the Navy for 4 years.  

Bill had a love for all things nature from an early age.  Some of his favorite activities were wandering through the woods and long drives in the country.  He had many hobbies including hunting, fishing, ham radio and building rifles.  

Bill was selfless, patient and foremost a loving father, grandfather and brother.  He gave best advice and encouragement.  He enriched the lives of all who knew him.  He will be missed beyond measure.

Services:  Funeral service at the SCHRADER Funeral Home and Crematory, 14960 Manchester Road at Holloway, Ballwin, Monday, September 22, 2025 at 11:30 a.m.  Interment at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery with full military honors. Visitation Monday from 10:30 a.m. until time of the service at 11:30 a.m.  Friends may sign the family’s on-line guestbook at Schrader.com.
