William R. "Bill" Bundy, 71, of Lafayette, died at St. Elizabeth East Hospital in Lafayette 4:58 AM Thursday January 15, 2015 where he had been a patient since December 30, 2014. Bill was born in Crawfordsville, IN. December 28, 1943, the son of the late William R. Bundy, Sr. and Doris M. Redenbaugh Bundy and was a graduate of Lafayette Jefferson High School. He married Janice K. Orange in Lafayette March 17, 1962 and she survives. Bill worked in retail sales, and retired in 2006. Surviving with his wife is a daughter Amanda L. Clay (husband Edward) of Ballwin, MO.; and by three sons, William J. "B.J." Bundy (wife Sherri) of Lafayette; Mark J. Bundy (wife Rosie) of San Antonio, TX; and Anthony E. Bundy (wife Maria) of Easton, PA. Also surviving are 12 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren. The family has requested private family services. Friends may best express sympathy with memorials to the American Lung Association, 115 West Washington Street, Suite 1180-South, Indianapolis, IN, 46204.
