Mr. Burrell was a kind neighbor and friend at Zion Manor Apartments in Louisville, Ky. He surely will be missed.

William was bom July 16, 1952 in Lexington, KY to Beulah Jackson and James Burdell. He was preceded in death by his parents, and siblings Sarita Brooks and Dominico Burdell. William loved spending time with his daughter, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. He enjoyed to cook, and was passionate about the Kentucky Wildcats and LA Lakers. He gave his life to the Lord at an early age at Shiloh Baptist Church. He was employed by DOE RUN Company for many years in St. Louis, MO. He retired from Don Massey Cadillac Corporation in Detroit, MI. William leaves to cherish his memories, his daughter Natasha Burdell, two grandsons Rodney Lymon and Ryce Lymon, two great grandchildren Tiara Lymon, and Marciano Lymon. He also leaves to cherish his memories six sisters, Youlanda "Reuben" Smith, (Louisville, KY), Kemberly Smith, Jacqueline "Jacci" Jackson, Jennifer B. Hill (Durham, NC), Louise Menifee, Karen Brown (Indianapolis, IN.), and four brothers, Demethrius "Nicole" Smith, Billy Newby, Jacques Smith (Louisville, KY.), and Cydric Smith (Louisville, KY.) A host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and other family and friends. A special recognition to his life long best friends, Richard Ace Withrow and Phil Bisch.
