William P Carr, Jr

I was a friend of Uwe's in grade school at Rhein Main AFB. My family live in Morefelden. We had no phone and my dad was at work on base. My brother had injured his hand where it needed immediate attention. I rode my bike across town to see if Uwe's parents were home, I asked if they could help me. Without hesitation, Bill and his wife took my address and went to my house and took my brother to the hospital. Thank you for your military service and your unselfish act of kindness.

Rest in peace old friend. From grammar school on through high school,you were always there.
