I guess God was having car trouble and he knew who to call, Billy Hagan, Billy was good guy I used to see him at the lottery store at Broadway and George Sts, He always had time to talk about old time Gloucester and the people who had lived there. His family lived on Ridgeway and I lived on Burlington St. when we were younger.RIP Billy
