William Hines, 65, passed peacefully at home May 30,2024. Known affectionately as “Billy” to many family and friends, William was born July 23, 1958 in Newport News, VA. He is survived by his son, William Hines, Jr., daughter Raven, fiancé Angela Talbot, 6 grandchildren and one great granddaughter. He will be missed by his sisters, several nieces, nephews, family and friends.
Memorial Services will be held Monday, June 10, 2024 @ 1pm at Nickelson-Cummings F.H. 4304 Victoria Blvd, Hampton, Va 23669.
