Steve and family, I am so sorry to hear this. My thoughts and prayers are with you. Keep his precious memories close and may God and friends help you through this difficult time.

I would like to send my deepest Condolences to you all. You Dad and Mom were the sweetest couple I ever knew.When I first stated going to Believer's Church they took me under there wing and taught me so much. I have grate memories about gatherings at their home on Juda Lane. You two are very blessed to have had them for such a long time.

Your Dad was so good to call and keep in contact with our Mother. It would always brighten Mothers day to hear from your Dad. He and your Mom were the sweetest and always had a smile and glad to see you. They were such a blessing for many people. How time passes. Thinking of you and Steve and your familys and pray the great memories will help get you thru the difficult days. Mother sends her love and prayers also.

He was, and is an inspiration to my brother Brian Bohrer. I am grateful for the Love and support that he has provided for my family.

I will continue to pray for strength and healing for his family and friends.

I am blessed to know Bill Horn. He was a man of faith, and a father of faith to many. He will be missed but we rejoice knowing that he is with the Lord.

William's Obituary

William Clarence Horn, Jr. 92 of El Dorado, AR passed away Wednesday, May 08, 2019 at the Medical Center of South Arkansas in El Dorado, AR. He was born May 12, 1926 in Stamps, AR to William Clarence, Sr., and Willie Dean Pickler Horn. He was raised in Stamps, AR and went to the Navy at the age of 16. He was a flagman on a destroyer in the South Pacifics. He graduated from the University of Oklahoma and was a retired pharmacist from M & S Pharmacy Clinic. He was a devoted born again Christian and helped establish several churches in Camden and El Dorado. Lastly he attended Victory Church in El Dorado, AR.

Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Bertha L. Horn. He is survived by his sons, Steven Horn and wife, Penny and Dr. Larry Horn and wife, Sandra; grandchildren, Maggie M. Horn, Cory S. Horn, Brittany A. Horn and Kayla A. Horn; great grandchildren, Jacob S. Horn and Clara E. Horn; great great grandchildren, Lennox Rhodes and Verity Horn; and sister, Gwendolyn H. Havens.

A graveside service will be held for Mr. Horn at 4:00PM Sunday, May 12, 2019 a Lakeside Cemetery at Stamps, AR. Brian Bohrr will officiate the service. Proctor Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
