After long i heard him that he is no more...Honestly one of the most knowledgeable movie critics and movie lover maybe the world know.
May his soul rest in peace. Miss him a lot

Quite a guy. Caused me to begin and enjoy reading. One of the smartest friends I had in high school.

Adios, Jose. Valued your friendship in high school and at UGA.

You were a special friend, one of the most caring and most interesting I've ever known. I'm glad I got to know you and I'm sorry you left so suddenly. I hope you're in Nepal. I know you're somewhere out there. Stay in touch.

William Lawrence "Jose"'s Obituary

William Lawrence “Jose” Sinclair, age 67 of Pine Mountain, Ga., passed away Sunday, May 20, 2018 at Pruitt Health Care in Greenville, Ga.

Mr. Sinclair, best known to friends as “Jose” was born December 26, 1950 in Macon, Ga., the son of William Lawrence Sinclair Sr. and Elizabeth Holleman Sinclair. He was raised in Macon and graduated there from Central High School. He obtained his Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the University of Georgia in Athens and afterwards moved to California where he studied Computer Programming and Creative Writing at West Valley College and Computer Graphics and Interface Design at UCLA. He lived most of his adult life in the San Francisco Bay area and retired as a Senior Software Engineer for Marketing Resources Plus. Jose had also worked as a Systems Analyst and Database Engineer for Intuit. During his career he was instrumental in development for Intuit, Microsoft’s software manufacturer Stream International, a division of R. R. Donnelly, and Ultradata, the first company to put credit union software on the windows platform. After retirement, Jose moved to Pine Mountain, Ga. in 2001, where he continued his pursuits as an award-winning artist, photographer and writer. He enjoyed kayaking, movies, reading, and writing book and film reviews. Until his most recent illness, he especially enjoyed quietly kayaking on Lake Franklin at FDR State Park near his home. He authored numerous online blogs, including, worldsbestfilms, 1000dvds, smallcinema, bestalltimebooks, and worldsgreatphotos, just to name a few. Jose is survived by several cousins, numerous friends, and many faithful readers and followers of his blogs worldwide.

A private interment will be held at Riverside Cemetery in his hometown of Macon, Ga., and a memorial service will be held at a later date.
