I am so sad to hear of Billy passing. My heart goes out to Roberta and all his family. I am thrilled he hound happiness with Roberta and I pray he is at peace.

I grew up with Billy in Chelsea on Bellingham street, along with so many others. We had a great upbringing, lots of fun, and lots of laughs. My heart goes out to Billy's family and friends at this time, along with lots of warm, healing energy to get through this most difficult time. Rest in Peace Billy; until we all see each other again.
