Not sure what to say?

Too many wonderful memories to write here. A teacher of lessons, a leader of men, a good friend. May God rest your soul Bill, you earned it.

Boll - your dad had some tremendous accomplishments - you should be so Proud!! Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. Rick and Kelly

Wishing all our love and condolences to you. May you remember all your beautiful memories. When you think of Bill, may he bring a smile to you all.

BIG BILL WAS A MAN ABOVE ALL MEN. THERE WAS NO PROJECT , NO TASK THAT BILL COULD NOT HANDLE. HE VOLUNTEERED FOR EVERYTHING AND ANYTHING AND WAS ABLE TO ACCOMPLISH ON SCHEDULE AND TO A CLIENTS SATIFACTION. I WORKED FOR BILL FOR OVER 20 YEARS AND ENJOYED EVERY DAY. IF SOMEONE WANTED TO BUILD A PLANT ON THE MOON HIS FIRST QUESTION WOULD BE WHEN DO YOU IT TO OPEN. HE COULD ACCOMPLISH THE IMMPOSSIBLE. I WILL MISS BILL AS I KNOW WE ALL WILL.
BILL IT IS YOUR TIME TO REST IN PEACE

Bill was a great boss, taught me a lot about business and how to get things done. I also enjoyed the many rounds of golf that we played together and the meetings at the 19th hole. Rest in peace Bill!

What an accomplished person ! What a fulfilling life. May God Bless Mr. Shay, may he rest in peace with his beloved wife.

Cheers Bill, I will forever miss all the hunting, fishing and good times we shared. The conversation was always interesting and fun. I will continue to tell the stories we created throughout the many years and many trips we took, bear hunting in Canada, fishing in Florida, South Carolina and New Jersey, Deer hunts in PA, Wyoming and Georgia. Your presence always made it an adventure of a life time. Till we meet again my friend!

Rest in peace, Bill. Deepest sympathies to Bills family and friends, which Cindy and I were two of many. Thanks for all the great stories, laughs and memories

RIP Mr. Shay may our Lord bless you with open arms for all eternity.

Next time we are singing “God bless Cambodia (America)” I will be singing in your honor.
