Not sure what to say?

I enjoyed playing tennis with Bill on Wednesday nights at Newport Tennis Center. I will miss his kind and gentle spirit and his love for the game. He will be missed by many.

Bill was my basketball coach and my mentor in the Sports Information Department at Norwich University during my time as a student. He was one of the smartest and kindest men I´ve ever known. Whenever our paths crossed, he greeted me with a warm smile and a genuine willingness to share his thoughts and wisdom. What always amazed me most was how he could back it all up with data right off the top of his head. You will be dearly missed, my friend. Rest in peace.

Bill was a member of Newport Tennis and we also played at LSCC. He will be missed.

Bill was such a sweet man. He would always come into the co-op in his sweats, either coming or going to practice. We would talk about Long Island, both our families were from the same area of “the island”. He had the kindest smile & was always willing to tell a few great stories. Rest well kind Sir, you will be dearly missed.
