My condolences to Debbie and the family. May you find comfort and peace in remembering the love he had for all of you. I concur with Gary Barth's message. We all had many good times. Rest in peace dear friend!

Condolences to all the White family . Although I had not touched base with Bayne in years , we grew up together from kindergarten on thru. He was a great friend ! In a small village there was a core group of us that always seemed to find something to do and have fun doing it, and Bayne was a huge part of that group. Rest in peace ole friend!

Marcie, I did not have the pleasure of meeting your Dad. He sounds like a wonderful person. Tom and I are very sorry to hear about his passing. Losing a parent is heart wrenching! I am sorry we can not attend his celebration of life. Our prayers are with you , Brian and the boys!

So sorry to hear that Bill has passed. I worked with Bill over 20 years. I have a lot of fond memories working with Bill. He was a true friend and a great guy. He and I were always talking about cars and family especially his El Camino. My condolences to Debbie, Sarah, Marcie and their families. May God bless him and may he rest in peace.

Sorry to hear of Baynes passing...he was one of my favorite playmates when we were in grade school..lots of fond memories of hanging out at Diane's hair salon together on water street...prayers for peace for Debbie and family...rest in peace Bayne

Deb and family, I am so sorry to read about Bayne. He was one of my favorites while working at dialysis. I will never forget him. He always had a smile on his face and was so kind. May all your memories of him bring you comfort and help you through this difficult time. RIP Bayne.

William's Obituary

SACKETS HARBOR, NY – William “Bayne” White, 70, passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on Thursday, November 13, 2025 at Samaritan Medical Center.

All are welcome to attend a celebration-of-life gathering on Wednesday, November 19, 2025 at 5:00 pm at the Bistro 108, located at 108 Court Street, Watertown. Burial will be held privately by the family in North Watertown Cemetery. 

Born on May 20, 1955, William was the son of John L. and Betty J. (Darlington) White. He graduated from Lyme Central School.

He was employed as an inspector for Fisher Cast in Watertown for 26 years until his retirement.

On August 28, 1976, he married Deborah Munk at the Three Mile Bay United Methodist Church. The couple recently celebrated their 49th wedding anniversary.

Survivors include his wife, Deborah; two daughters, Sarah (Matthew) Covey of Watertown and Marcie (Brian) Marcolini of Watertown; and four grandchildren, Julia and Jack Covey and Owen and Andrew Marcolini.

He was predeceased by his parents, and a grandmother, Edwidge “Nanny” Darlington.

An avid outdoorsman, Bayne found joy in snowmobiling, four-wheeling, hunting, and working outdoors. He loved his Corvettes and El Camino cars and enjoyed woodworking. Above all, Bayne was a simple man who cherished time with his family, and nothing made him happier than being surrounded by his grandchildren.
