Mr. Willis M. Brice, Jr. age 80, of Fairmont passed away Friday, July 18, 2014 at UNC Hospital in Chapel Hill, NC.A graveside service will be held Wednesday, July 23, 2014 at 2:00PM at West Lawn Cemetery in Elizabeth City, NC.Visitation will follow the service.He was born November 23, 1933 in Dare County, NC.He is survived by one son, Willis M. Brice, III, of Tyner, NC; one daughter, Elizabeth Taylor of Newport News, Va; two sisters, Yvonne McMahan of Oklahoma, Kathleen Weber of New York; three grandchildren, Willis M. Brice, IV, Dwayne Wicker, and Amber Taylor.
