I bless God for blessing me with a big brother like you who will be well miss. To the family I will continue to send up prayers that our Father God will continue to comfort strengthen and give you His peace.

My condolences to the family. I would just like to say Russ as I called him was a gifted person the reason I say this is because he had a brilliant mind and was very gifted with his hands and a personality that fit them both. He was able to maintain all of the above even after returning home from the Vietnam War which speaks volumes of his strength as a person who wanted to serve and help others and do for his family as well. PROFESSOR THORTON OF HISTORY AT VCU AND ATTORNEY MS THORTON NEPHEW THE LATE HAROLD ANDERSON INTRODUCED RUSSELL AND MYSELF. . I DID NOT KNOW ,A SOLE IN RICHMOND EXCEPT RUSSELL AND HAROLD .
