Tommy was an absolute joy to know . . . talented artist, good humored friend, and always quick with a smile and a "hey baby." He made his mark and will be missed by all who knew him. Tommy was a wonderful soul. I so enjoyed knowing him the years he was with us here at the Virginia Veterans Care Center. Heaven gained a wonderful angel. He will be so missed.
