Richard Dugans Obituary
He is survived by a brother Hughie Dugans and his wife Robena; a special niece Nancy Spencer and her husband Winfield; several other nieces and nephews. In addition to his wife and his parents, he was predeceased by two brothers Derwood and Elwood.
A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. Monday at Maxfield Cemetery with the Rev. Angelia Fowler officiating. Those who wish may sign an online register and leave written condolences at www.clayfuneralhome.com.

THE WORLD HAS LOST A VERY SPECIAL MAN. UNCLE DICK AND AUNT MILLIE WERE TWO OF MY VERY FAVORITE PEOPLE IN THIS WORLD HE TOOK SUCH GOOD CARE OF AUNT MILLIE AND LOVED HER WITH ALL HE HAD. To one of the finest gentle-men I knew growing up. Fond memories of him and Millie In Mapleton, Maine on very cold, windy November days helping to put the siding and shingles on my first home. He never shied away from doing a good deed. May he rest in peace.
