Shawn Wilson Obituary
A lifelong resident of Henderson County, he was a son of Brian and Doris Wilson Butterfield. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Geder and Gladys Wilson and his uncle, Frank Webb.
Shawn graduated West Henderson High School in 1992 and worked for Tucker Materials in Fletcher for 16 years before becoming ill. He was of the Baptist faith and enjoyed fishing and liked to work in the yard, even having his own landscape business on the side. Most of all, he loved to spend time with his children.
In addition to his parents, he leaves behind his sons, Tyler Ray, Nickolas, and Brandon Wilson and Christian Hensley; mothers of his children, Angela Oxendine and Tanya Hensley Terrell; brothers, Brian A. and Brad Butterfield; and numerous, aunts, uncles, cousins, and nephews.
A Funeral Service will be held at 12:30 PM Saturday, January 27 in the Forest Lawn Funeral Home Chapel with the Reverend Roy Waldroup officiating. Interment will follow in Shepherd Memorial Park. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at Forest Lawn.

Doris I cannot begin to imagine what you are going through. I want you to know you have been in my prayers as well as Shawn for a long time. The Lord saw fit to bring him home to be with Him and to take him out of suffering. Be strong as you can because God will comfort you. See you soon. Love to all.
