My sincerest condolences.
I am sorry I did not know until looking online.
Arthur was always great to me and always had time to talk and find out how I was doing. He did multiple projects for me and I was much appreciative of that as they were not big or easy. I remember stopping by often at Lincoln street down stairs with rolls of plans stacked to the ceiling in the late 80's and early nineties. He was a real nice man and I will miss him.
My favorite line from him, You should definitely disappear in 20 years after we finished a project where he did the plans. Always had a good laugh and every project is still standing solid!
Sincerely,
Dan Epstein

Arthur,
I'm sorry to hear about your dad. I met him for the first time years ago in his office in the leather district. I was very impressed on his ability to think of numerous ways to create a design An figure out the best way for it to work.
My condolences for you & your family,
Pete McGinnis
