My admiration for the Consuls of Chile is beyond words! The honor of knowing both Paul
And his brother Philip is etched in my mind and heart with so many beautiful memories from visiting the Esmeralda in Newport , R.I. To having an audience with President Pinochet to attending and presiding as the Consulate´s Chaplain for the various Masses for our Chileans in Boston and for the great honor of receiving the Bernard O´Higgins Award ( Official Grade)! God bless Paul and his bother , Philip for helping me become a better " Missionary" and Priest ! You are etched in my heart! Father John

No words can describe Paul , he was a one of a kind and the best person that anybody could have met. Our memories of him will be with us for ever. Rest in peace my friend you will be missed.
