James Bray Obituary

Age 65 of Holliston for many years died Monday, December 12, 2005 after a long illness. Son of the late Dr. Thomas A. and Mary Frances (Cassidy) Bray. Father of Kathleen Erickson and her husband Jan of Fayetteville, NC, and Sgt. Major James Bray, US Army, Retired, of Honolulu, HI. Grandfather of Haley Elizabeth and Ashley Marie Erickson both of NC. Brother of Thomas Bray of San Clemente, CA, and Mona Bray of Holliston. He is also survived by his former wife Lyn Larson of Groton, CT, many nieces, nephews, and cousins in the US, Ireland and England. Brother of the late Patrick Bray of Burbank, CA, who died in May 2005. Served in the US Army as an MP in Germany during Vietnam. Worked for General Motors for many years in Framingham. Relatives and friends are invited to attend his funeral on Monday at 9 AM from the Norton Funeral Home, 53 Beech St. (Corner of Union Ave.) FRAMINGHAM followed by a funeral Mass at 10 AM in St. Mary's Church, Washington St. (Rte. 126 & 16) Holliston. Burial will follow in the family lot in St. Mary's Cemetery, Holliston. Visiting hours at the funeral home will be Sunday 2-5 PM. Expressions of sympathy in Mr. Bray's memory may be made to any program supporting the courageous veterans in the US Military active or retired.
