THORNTON, Margaret A. (Pierce) Of Stoughton, formerly of Westwood passed away on May 3, 2019 at the age of 89. Beloved wife of the late David R. Thornton Esq. Devoted mother of Peggy Ann Yorio and her husband Joseph of GA, David R. Thornton Jr. and Diane of Foxboro, Michael T. Thornton and his wife Cindy of PA, Robert P. Thornton and his wife Andrea of Needham and Daniel P. Thornton and his wife Maria of Medfield. Sister of the late John Pierce and Mary Thornton. Cherished grandmother of 11 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. Daughter of the late John H. and Margaret (Sugrue) Pierce. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Funeral from the Kraw-Kornack Funeral Home, 1248 Washington St., NORWOOD, Wednesday, May 8, 2019 at 9am followed by a Funeral Mass at 10am at St. Timothy's Church, Norwood. Visiting Hours will be held on Tuesday, May 7, 2019 from 4-7pm. Burial will be at Fairview Cemetery, Hyde Park, MA. kraw-kornackfuneralhome.com
