HEALD, Stephen W., Sr. Of Shrewsbury, September 28, 2009. Husband of Patricia M. (Dulligan) Heald. Father of Stephen W. Jr., and his wife, Ellen, of Danvers, Mary E. Holden and her husband, Charles, of Hopkinton, James D. Heald of West Newton, John M. Heald and his wife, Kathryn, of Shrewsbury and Katherine R. Heald of Worcester. Brother of Win Heald and his wife, Sheila, of St. Albans, VT, Sandra Pratt and her husband, Robert, of Westfield and the late Howard G. 'Bud' Heald. Also survived by 10 grandchildren and many nieces & nephews. Family and friends will honor and remember Steve's life by gathering for calling hours at The Sumner House, 5 Church Road, On the Common, Shrewsbury Center on Thursday from 4 to 8 p.m. and again at 8:45 a.m. on Friday morning before leaving in procession to Saint Mary's Church, 640 Main Street, Shrewsbury where his Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. Burial will follow in Mountain View Cemetery, Shrewsbury. Knights of Columbus Council #4181 will conduct their ritual at 6 p.m. Thursday evening at The Sumner House. Memorial donations may be made to St. Mary's Church, Capital Campaign, 18 Summer Street, Shrewsbury, MA 01545 or to 15-40.org, 17 Briden Street, Worcester, 01605.
