I had a dream about David last night. You may not know me, but in 1982 David took a chance on me. He gave me my first job as a controller. Moving from Chicopee to Boston was a very big change. It was made easier as he took me under his wing.
I often think of him when I watch the Celtics. My dream was probably because of the incredible Celtics game last night.
I moved to California in 1987 and lost track. This morning when I searched and saw that he had passed, I had to reach out.
David is a special man as he was my mentor, father figure, and friend!
Blessings!!!

I just came across this obituary today 11/8/21 , my condolences to David's family.RIP David, I have good memories of you and my mother and father, I was in school with Alexandra(I think maybe was a yr older than me, and Morgan I think was a bit younger, I believe we swam together at the club while David and my Dad played golf! It's funny ,I don't remember a whole lot from the 60's and 70's but the minute I saw this photo, I remembered what a nice guy you were! You left a great impression on the kid that was me! I just recall, you were such a warm, friendly person! I'd be soaking wet in my bathing suit, with the girls, and I think I recall you buying us hamburgers! Lol!! I just remember seeing you around a lot, and I hope maybe the girls will see this. I lost track of Alexandra (Alex) and Morgan, and I'd love to hear from them, I was actually looking Alex up when I found this, Alex and or Morgan do please get in touch, I left my email here.My mother passed in 2016, my sister just this yr. Also I must say, I had no idea your dad was behind the funding for the first dialysis machines!! Wow!! Thank God for him! And I did not know about the Bluebirds! How cool was he!! Such a good guy!

Mr. McNeish,
Sir, I would just like to say thank you for your service and sacrifice for our Country when you served in the USN during WW II and for being a member of the Greatest Generation. And to your family and loved ones, I wish to extend my deepest sympathy.
