PATANIA, Salvatore Of Revere, formerly of the West End, March 1. Beloved husband of Josephine (Noe) Patania with whom she shared 61 years of marriage. Loving father of Salvatore Patania and his wife Evelyn and Linda Hanson and her husband Peter all of Melrose, Maria (Sciaraffa) Briere and her husband Dave of Salem, Jo-Ann DeSimone and her husband Louis of Woburn and Francis Patania and his wife Gail of Peabody. Dear brother of Domenic Patania and his wife Amelia of Somerville and the late Angelina Mallo. Cherished grandfather of 12 Grandchildren and 2 Great Grandchildren. Funeral from Vazza's "Beechwood" Funeral Home, 262 Beach Street, REVERE, Monday morning at 9 AM. Followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St Mary of the Assumption Church Washington Ave Revere at 10 AM. Family and friends may visit Sunday 3 to 7 PM. Entombment in the Mausoleum at Woodlawn Cemetery. Late Captain of the Fishing boats Linda, Maria /Jo-Ann and Sammy Jo.
