SHINGLEHOUSE - Major Lance A. Newton, US Army retired, 50, of Shinglehouse, passed away unexpectedly on Monday (July 13, 2020) in Coudersport, after a tragic work related accident.
Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Virgil L. Howard Funeral Home.

Still waters run deep. The smiles and laughs that we loved in Lance didn't always reveal, except to those who truly knew him, the steadfast soul within. That defining combination will be his legacy -- and our inspiration. May God bless Lance, and may God comfort his family.
