Our condolences for your loss. We know this is a difficult time, and words cannot truly express how you feel, but please take comfort in what is said in Psalms 145:19. It tells us, that God hear your cries for help, and He will save you.

So sorry to hear this sad news. I had not been in touch recently, but our last meeting was marked by a warm hug and her wonderful smile! I knew Gaila through our Yellow Ribbon group. If she couldn't attend a meeting or help with baking or whatever, she would give generously of her funds to make sure that our soldiers Care packages were jammed full of LOVE from Vermont! You will be missed, Gaila. God bless her family, I'm very sorry for your loss.

What a loss. Have not contacted Gaila in over 10 years. She was a special great person who left a lifelong impact.

Gaila was a wonderful supportive friend. She was very witty and she could always make me chuckle. I enjoyed visiting her at her house, and her visits to my house. I miss her very much.

I got to know Gaila at the Townshend Town Hall quite a few years ago. She was a strong, gentle friend. Gaila was a smart and down to earth kind of woman..
We didn't get to see each other often, but when we did it made us both happy. My sincere condolences to Gaila's family.

One day Gaila and I took a walk in the woods in Toronto. It was icy and snowy , and I took a pair of my daughter's boots that looked thick and strong. As she powered up the hills, I slid down them. At the bottom of one hill I realized that the soles on my boots were flat and thin. I thought I would never catch up to Gaila. She and I couldn't stop laughing as I attempted to reach her, way up there. We totally cracked up. Who knows what happened next. I just remember us laughing so hard we couldn't move. from Marlee Pinsker Verskin
