Ashley Moore Obituary

Ashley Elizabeth Moore, age 37, of Brattleboro VT, passed away unexpectedly.

She was a high honors graduate of Hinsdale High School in 2002. She received her CNA from The Red Cross and was in pursuit of her RN. Ashley was a dedicated, proud, and compassionate employee of the Maplewood Nursing Home for 12 years, where she found her purpose and passion caring for the elderly.

She participated in the Women in the Outdoors at the Fitzwilliam Sportsmans Club and enjoyed nothing better than being one with nature and any body of water was her happy place. She loved hiking, swimming, exploring, camping, fishing and many other things. The core of Ashley was the artist in her. That is where she came alive, where she could express herself - she made thoughts and visions come alive.

The most important thing in her life was her children, there is nothing she was more proud of nor felt more joy from than the opportunity to be their Mom. The love and endless devotion she poured into her children was her most precious blessing and honor, the sun truly rose and set on her boys. She was also a truly devoted daughter, granddaughter, sister, aunt, cousin, and friend to all who crossed her path.

Ashley was predeceased by her father Martin "Butch" Warner. She is survived by her two sons Hunter and Clayton Dingman and their father Wayne Dingman, Jr., of Hinsdale, NH; her grandmother Elizabeth "Honey" Coleman of Hinsdale, NH; mother Tracie Warner and partner Duane "Sarge" Will of Winchester, NH; sister Morgan and Edward Freckleton of Winchester, NH; sister Alison Moore of Lansingburgh, NY; brother Ryan and Melissa Moore of East Dummerston, VT; and two nephews Devon Monegro and Benson Moore.

There will be a celebration of life in honor of Ashley on Saturday, February 6, 2021 at the VFW 35 Main Street, Winchester, NH 03470. The service will begin at 2pm, due to COVID and the amount of space there will be a limited number of people attending in brief time allotments. We ask respectfully that everyone wears a mask and maintains social distancing. Please come with all your happiest memories of Ashley as we celebrate her life and reflect on the joy and love that she brought to all those in her world.

I worked with Ashley at the nursing home. Through the years I learned how kind, caring, smart, honest, generous, friendly, compassionete, hardworking, beautiful just one individual can be. I know other words can describe her as well but there is one word that comes to my mind when I think of her is amazing. She is an amazing young woman. She has a smile that would light up the darkest days.

We recently had a few conversations where she brought up her family. She talked how her mom and sister bought a new home although she couldnt remember the road it was on but we figured it out. She talked about her sister coming home for a visit, giving her boys a new Christmas elf and how she was going figure out ways to display until Christmas. She talked about her brother and wife as well. She also talked about her how her Christmas and New Years went. She also talked about having the boys for extra days that week and what she was going to be doing with them. The way she talked about her family brought such a smile to her face you could tell how much she cared for each and every family member.

My deepest sympathies, thoughts and prayers are with her family and friends at this time.

Ashley you will be missed by many. I know her family and friends gained a guardian angel. Remember to keep an eye on your family, friends and especially those boys that you talked about all the time. Rest in peace Ashley, until we meet again.

Dear Tracie, Honey, Morgan, Allison and Ryan,

Our hearts are with you. No words can take this type of pain away, but know you have an abundance of friends and family to march with you at this time. For as long as I can remember, Ashley was always so sweet and gave her all in everything she did. Not only was she easy to love, her love was eagerly given to all no matter who you were. A true daughter, mother, sister and friend. Always wanting everyone to know how true she was as a kind hearted young lady, and a beautiful one at that. I will always love you. The heart speaks volumes, and mine is bursting for you all.

To those who knew and loved Ashley, may you always see her memory, the lessons she gave, and her love as a blessing. May you always see her in the brightest light. May you always remember her smile, her warmth, and her infectious laugh. I can hear her laugh as I sit here.
I will always appreciate her for the steadfastness she showed in her friendship with my older sister. I will always be thankful that Alisha had a shoulder to cry on and a confidant in her times of need. I will always cherish the memory of the auntie my niece saw her as. I will never forget this sister from a different mister and how much of a role she played in the lives of my family.
May her pain be no longer. May she rest peacefully. May her memory always be a blessing.
