BOBBY RYON

BOBBY "DON" RYON Bobby "Don" Ryon, 71, was welcomed into his Heavenly home on Friday, March 14, 2025. He died peacefully at home after a hospital stay and long rehabilitation. Don was born in Brownwood, Texas, on February 25, 1954. He was born to Bettye Ryon and the late Bobby Ryon. Don was the oldest brother to Randall and younger sister Marie. He lived in Early, Texas, in his younger years before he later moved to Ft Worth, Texas. Don attended Light House for the Blind. He graduated from Kirk Patrick High School in Ft. Worth in 1972. He worked for his local church, Hemphill Baptist Temple on McCart, which he also attended faithfully. Don was always known for his big smile and friendliness to everyone he knew. He truly loved the Lord! Don is survived by his mother, Bettye Ryon, brother Randall Ryon and sister-in-law Kathy, and sister Anna Marie Smith and brother-in-law Bill. He also has many cousins that will miss him dearly. His body is being donated to UT Southwestern Medical Center.
