Virginia Mosesso Obituary
Virginia A. "Jean" Mosesso, 85, of Butler passed away Thursday.
She was born June 14, 1928, in Bloomfield, a daughter of the late Carmine and Margaret Mosesso.
She was preceded in death by six brothers, John, James, Herman, Albert, Victor and Joseph; and three sister, Marie, Aurelia and Olivia.
MOSESSO - Friends of Virginia A. "Jean" Mosesso, who died Thursday, Sept. 5, 2013, are welcome to attend a Mass of Christian burial at St. Peter's Parish Family Church, 127 Franklin St., Butler, on Monday at 10 a.m. There will be no visitation. Burial will be in St. Peter's Cemetery, Butler.
Arrangements made by the Bock Funeral Home, Glenshaw.
Donations may be made in Jean's memory to the Community at Holy Family Manor Inc., 301 Bellevue Road, Pittsburgh, PA 15229.

Miss Mosesso was my sixth grade teacher at Broad Street Elementary. I have many fond memories of her. She was so very kind and encouraged all of her students to explore their talents. She will be sadly missed.

Jean was a colleague of mine at Broad Street School; an excellent teacher and a good friend. A very gentle, and kind soul---she will be missed.

I had the pleasure of working with Jean while she was at Holy Family Manor. She always made me laugh and I enjoyed her stories of her "younger days". God's Peace be with her and her extended family and friends.

Jean was a good friend of my mom, Marie Horan, so I had the privilege to know her. She was one of the kindest people I have ever known. She was such a good person. You can take comfort in the knowledge that she is at peace and with God. She is also with Nin and my Mom. My deepest sympathy.
