Rob was a former colleague of mine while at GE and I was quite saddened to hear of your loss. I had the pleasure of playing hockey with Rob on an adult hockey team in Danbury CT. Our spirited late night games were always filled with Rob's laughter of his older teammates, both during and after our games.

I not only had a chance to work with Rob at the same company, I was also lucky enough to be within shouting distance of his villa on the 28th floor. What a pleasure.

Today we cannot understand why these things happen, but there'll come a day when we can. More so right now, build on your trust in God. Cherish his love and his redemption he offers us. Realize it's alright to cry, for the tears we shed are payment on the loan, that we owe God for having lent us Robert for awhile.
