BENELEE STARK Obituary
age 97, of Louisville, Ohio. Passed away peacefully at St. Joseph's Care Center with family holding her hand on April 25, 2019. Born in Proctor, North Carolina on October 31, 1921 to her parents the late William Dee and Cora (Bradshaw) Welch. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Grover Stark; grandchildren, Craig Stark and Shelly Minor; three sisters: Vita Welch, Vera Welch, Irene Mullet; five brothers: Odell Welch, J.D. Welch, Carter Welch, Ervin Welch and Harold Welch.
Survivors include three sons and daughters-in-law, Gary and Gaynel Stark, Glen and Linda Stark, Dean and Christina Stark; one daughter and son-in-law, Debbie and Paul Williams; seven grandchildren: Bryan Stark, Donna Harper, Monday Stark, Laurie Fragasse, Angie Farber, Brandy Cramer and Tom Williams; numerous great grandchildren; and one sister, Phyllis (George) Libonati. A special thank you to St. Joseph's Nursing and Crossroads Hospice where she was treated like family. Benelee was a wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, relative, friend and a graduate of McKinley High School. She will always be with us in our hearts!
Funeral service will be held Monday at 1:00 p.m. at Reed
Funeral Home NORTH CANTON Chapel, 801 Pittsburg Ave. N.W., Chaplain Matt from Crossroads Hospice will officiate. Burial in Sunset Hills Burial Park. Calling hours will be held Two hours prior from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made in her name to Crossroads Hospice of Green, Ohio, 3743 Boettler Oaks Suite E., Green, Ohio 44685. With sincere condolences on Benelee's passing. I am afraid I just saw this in the Canton Rep. If I were closer, I would have attended the services. I will always remember Benelee for being, not only a niece but also a dear and loving friend to my mom, Ruby Barnhart. I hope they have found each other and are catching up! They used to spend a lot of time on the telephone talking. She was a very sweet and kind lady.
