Ramona Norris

79, of Massillon, passed away on Monday, May 3, 2021. Ramona was born on November 8, 1941 in Massillon, the daughter of the late Lonnie and Mary Kate (Russell) Robinson. She was a lifelong resident of Massillon and a 1959 graduate of Washington High School. Ramona retired from the Hoover Co. in 1998 after 30 years of service. She enjoyed cooking for all the Special Holidays and rooting for the Cleveland Browns and Massillon Tigers. Ramona had a Heart of Gold and was a very giving lady. She was a member of Morning Star United Holiness Church.

Along with her parents she was preceded in death by her brothers, Ronald Lee and Theodore Robinson; sister, Delores Allen; and infant sister, Betty. She is survived by her sons, Wayne and Michael Norris; grandchildren, Rashad Wayne Norris, Ashanti Marie Norris, Michaela Norris-Kelly, Shanika Kelly, Romon Kelly and Michael Norris - Kelly; siblings, Norma Burns, Thomas Robinson, Leonard Robinson, Charles Robinson, Larry Robinson, Leroy Robinson, Lester Robinson, and Julia Robinson; and numerous great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

A Home Going Celebration will be held on Tuesday, May 11, 2021 at 11 a.m. at the Paquelet Funeral Home. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday from 10-11 a.m. before the service.
